There is not a better restaurant with a panoramic view in all of Puerto Vallarta!  The top four floors of Hotel Suites La Siesta comprise this outstanding international restaurant that was architecturally designed with an Arabic flavor and marble floors.  Our elegant, informal dining atmosphere is enhanced by strolling guitar players and a baby grand piano to make your evening an unforgettable experience.

But we are not finished yet!  A prize for all of Vallarta to experience is our open-air roof-top terraces. Yes, we have two of them and the vistas seem to stretch on forever.  Under the stars and moon, with a warm tropical breeze blowing in your hair or watching one of our one-of-a-kind sunsets, the word romance had to have been invented on our terraces. This is one of those places where you can actually dance and “feel” close to the stars. There is nothing like it!!

Our specialties include our strolling chefs who will make your dining experience memorable.  Right at your table they will cook for you many of our signature dishes that include flambeed giant prawns, and specially prepared beef that melts in your mouth.  Some of these include pepper, mustard, garlic, and a delicious peach sauce creation.  Besides our special dishes we also prepare for you Caesar salads, special sexy coffees, and flambeed desserts.
