At Hotel Suites La Siesta a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6pm). If a room is not available we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from Hotel Suites La Siesta as reasonable. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card. We require a one night deposit with most reservations but some will require 3 or 5 nights and the balance paid in full 60 days in advance.
* Cancellation Policy
Cancellation for a room reservation must be received 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival and may differ by arrival and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date the hotel will charge a two night penalty plus taxes. By law any refunds must be processed in pesos and the Hotel is not responsible for exchange rate variations. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements please check at time of booking. For those reservations requiring payment in full 60 days in advance there will be no refund if there is a cancellation.
